It makes the intergranular corrosion of zinc alloy very sensitive, accelerates the intergranular corrosion of zinc alloy in warm and wet environment, reduces the mechanical properties, and causes the change of casting size.
When the impurity elements lead and cadmium are too high in the zinc alloy, the surface quality of the workpiece is normal when it is just die-cast, but after a period of storage at room temperature (8 weeks to several months), the surface bubbles appear.
