Aluminum die casting can be classified from four aspects: materials, structure, purpose and die casting method.
Classification by material Hard aluminum alloy die casting: Aluminum alloys based on aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium, etc., have high strength and hardness. Specific models include 850, ADC10, ADC12, ADC14, ZA8, ZA27, etc. Soft aluminum alloy die casting: Aluminum alloys based on aluminum, with good ductility and plasticity. Specific models include 104, 108, 109, 170, 172, etc. Pure aluminum die casting: Castings die-cast using pure aluminum materials, specific models include 107, 108, etc. Classification by structure Simple shape aluminum parts: Simple shape, mainly used for single components, specific models include hot and cold chamber die casting, reciprocating die casting
Complex shape aluminum parts: The shapes of the components vary, and they are mainly used for some complex structures and products. Specific models include large die casting, multi-cavity die casting, mold casting, mixed casting, etc.
Thin-walled aluminum parts: Components with thin walls and complex shapes. Specific models include traditional die casting, high-speed die casting, etc.

Classification by use
Transportation aluminum parts: Mainly used in vehicles such as automobiles and motorcycles. Specific parts include transmission housings, automobile wheels, motorcycle intake manifolds, etc.
Electronic device aluminum parts: Mainly used for electronic product shells, metal radiators, etc. Specific parts include mobile phone shells, computer shells, heat sinks, etc.
Other use aluminum parts: Used in various fields and industries, specific parts include tool boxes, lamps, fishing rods, etc.
Classification by die casting method
Traditional die casting: Die casting is carried out using a cold and hot chamber die casting machine. Specific models include HPS, HPD, LX, etc.
High-speed die casting: Die casting is carried out using a special high-speed die casting machine. Specific models include BSC, HSA, etc.
Low-pressure casting: uses a die-casting machine with lower pressure for casting. Specific models include T4, T6, etc.
